Summary

I have been employed in the service industry for over two years. I am well aware of the processes of maintaining a cash register and understand Point of Sale terminals. In dealing in my current position, I must make sure to fit the customer's needs and wants within their budget, along with maximizing revenues for my employer. This positioned required a friendly personality and a sales oriented mind. I also had to complete orders quickly so that the service of more guests could be accomplished. Since I worked off a Point of Sale system, I was responsible for my own register. I had to make sure that my balance of my till was correct and responsible to make sure that customers receive correct change. I have also learned team building and bits of management skills to make sure that total customer satisfaction is acquired.
